The Role

We're building a team of high-energy, growth-focused professionals who can cultivate lasting relationships with our clients, helping them achieve their paid media goals. As the Director of Paid Media, your primary focus will be on creating, launching and managing campaigns that drive mobile commerce.

Paid Media Directors are obsessed with digital advertising, and always keep up with the latest trends so we can deliver more value to our clients. You'll conduct regular program calls with clients, gather their top performing conversion assets and spin up campaigns that drive results. You'll also learn how to maximize campaign performance with the URLgenius platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop paid media strategy across paid social
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: strategy, budgeting, creative briefing, QA, tracking, optimization, and reporting
  • Maintain media spend per client expectations
  • Develop KPI dashboards to share with clients and management
  • Optimize paid media campaigns to accelerate client earnings and ROI
  • Manage a portfolio of client campaigns to ensure program renewals and satisfaction
  • Identify ways to increase platform adoption
  • Participate in agency services meetings with clients
  • Share client feedback with product and marketing teams to help prioritize features and improvements
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and revenue growth
  • Maintain and update the CRM with detailed client activity
  • Track hours associated with each client to budget / monitor resource requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree
  • 6+ years of related experience in paid media, digital marketing
  • Proven track record of paid social optimization and audience segmentation
  • Positive energy with the ability to manage multiple clients and identify new opportunities
  • Analytical testing mentality to drive optimal results
  • Understanding of how to deliver campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Adaptability and flexibility in managing shifting priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving ecommerce B2C conversions
  • Ability to build systems to support campaign operations and client comms
  • Experience working with media editing software
  • Experience working with retail brands as well as influencers
  • Experience managing a paid media team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base
    : $95,000 OTE + performance bonus
