About the Role

As Clinical Director, you will oversee all aspects of resident wellness, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a supportive team culture. You'll collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to deliver personalized care plans and drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Wellness team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Resident Rights, and infection control standards.
  • Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and coordination with external providers.
  • Maintain staffing levels aligned with resident needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and labor management.
  • Serve as acting Executive Director when needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Current clinical license/certification as required by Wisconsin regulations. RN or LPN
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living or healthcare.
  • Prior leadership experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
  • CPR certification and any other state-specific credentials.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and documentation tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role involves regular movement throughout the community, interaction with residents and staff, and occasional exposure to health-related risks. Physical tasks include lifting, pushing, and assisting with resident care and evacuation procedures.
