    • This includes being accountable for the quality of all project outputs and leading key client engagements, such as moderating senior-level advisory boards and strategic workshops.
  • You will act as the primary strategic thought partner for your clients, providing ongoing value that extends beyond the immediate project scope

Business Development & Client Relationship Management:

  • A significant portion of your focus will be on driving the growth of our business.
  • You will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by actively building and leveraging your professional network.
  • Responsibilities include leading the development of compelling proposals, generating leads, and deepening relationships within key accounts to uncover new avenues for partnership.
  • You will also contribute to our firm's long-term growth strategy by identifying promising new service offerings and potential business categories

Firm Leadership & Team Development:

  • As a senior member of the team, you will be a culture carrier and a mentor.
  • You will play an active role in shaping the firm's strategic direction through your contributions to management discussions and internal initiatives.
  • Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching junior consultants, championing their professional development, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • You will help build our firm's intellectual capital by advancing thought leadership on key topics within Medical Affairs and the broader life sciences landscape
  • You will drive effective collaboration with experts across Lumanity business practice areas within the broad Lumanity organization, leveraging access to broad capabilities of the organization to best service our collective clients and provide learning and growth opportunities for our team members.
