About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC & Ads Manager with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to join our team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on optimizing ad campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging CRM tools to enhance lead generation and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms (expertise in both is a must).
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with ad campaigns, ensuring smooth and effective performance.
• Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Go High Level) to manage leads, track campaign performance, and optimize customer journeys (highly preferred).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to write compelling ad copy and design creatives that align with our brand and resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising, CRM systems, and digital marketing.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insightss.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience or extensive knowledge in wellness, medicine, health, or regenerative medicine is a significant plus and will set you apart.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PPC Manager, Ads Specialist, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization, and reporting).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be open to meeting in person in Miami, Florida, if and when needed.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
