Position Overview
Nation Security is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Security Officer to join our team in the Miami Beach and surrounding area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-profile location where professionalism, vigilance, and customer engagement are equally valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong, visible security presence throughout the property.
- Monitor and respond to suspicious activity or potential safety concerns.
- Patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while enforcing property rules and policies with professionalism.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical, fire, or safety incidents.
- Manage access control, assist with parking or crowd management as needed.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Uphold building regulations and foster a secure, respectful environment for all occupants.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Valid Florida Class D Security License required.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Miami Beach or other upscale, high-traffic environments is a pus.
- First Aid, CPR, or AED certifications is a plus.
