We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect/Developer to join our team. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative focuses on reshaping the way our team delivers technical support, services, and capabilities to customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the existing systems while maintaining high performance, scalability, and security. You will work closely with the business, IT teams, and stakeholders to define architecture strategy, build implementation roadmaps, and provide guidance for complex technical projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define Dynamics 365 requirements, lead workshops, and manage customizations for modules like CRM and ERP.
  • Develop strategies for integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and ensure data accuracy and proper flow between systems.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentor staff, and work closely with Scrum Masters and Program Managers to keep projects aligned.
  • Create and maintain solution roadmaps for future Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring they align with business goals and technology trends.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with industry standards like GDPR and HIPAA, and implement governance to manage technical risks.
  • Work with stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback, communicate technical ideas clearly, and recommend new technologies to improve business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Finance, Operations) in large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead the architecture and design of complex Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and cloud-based architectures, with the ability to design secure and scalable cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, including data migration, management, and APIs with proficiency in solution design for complex distributed systems and microservices across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and providing mentorship in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud-based architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate for extending Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Jira for project tracking and reporting.
  • Experience in public sector environments, particularly within child welfare or social services.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Understanding of compliance standards such as NIST, HIPAA, and security best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of security architecture and compliance requirements integrated into data compliance narratives/rules/auto-auditing/event-handlers
  • Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with legacy systems to ensure smooth workflows.
