Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our office. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to office management. The Office Clerk will serve as the first point of contact for diff companies that work with us, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently handling clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access to information.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Utilize software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive office environment.

Requirements

  • Previous office experience is preferred; clerical experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality standards.
  • Typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed are required.
