Role Overview
We are looking for a
Part-Time Account Executive
with strong
content writing and copywriting skills
.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on managing
content calendars
,
editing articles
, and improving the quality of client communications.
As performance is demonstrated, the role will expand into
client account management
, with the intention to transition into a
full-time W2 position
.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Copywriting (Primary Focus)
- Create, manage, and optimize content calendars for multiple client accounts
- Write, edit, and proofread articles, social content, web content, and email content
- Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across platforms
- Support creation of presentations, marketing collateral, and campaign materials
- Coordinate with internal design and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
Client Coordination (Upon W2 Conversion)
- Support account managers in day-to-day client communication
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign performance
- Attend client meetings and prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal execution teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in
content writing
,
copywriting
, and editorial work - Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
- Familiarity with content calendars, social platforms, SEO basics, and brand guidelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Prior agency or marketing experience is a plus
