Supply Management Director

  • Lead tactical execution of order fulfillment and daily operations for small to midsize business.
  • Drive strategic supply chain initiatives across Steelcase manufacturing plants.
  • Collaborate cross-functional with logistics, IT, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Champions change and challenge the status quo to improve organizational performance.
  • Develop systems and processes to optimize supplier operations and efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic goals.
  • Support integration efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of business leadership experience (preferably in supply chain)
  • Proven people leadership experience
  • This is a primarily on-site role, candidates must be available to work on location daily
