Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute viral marketing campaigns that amplify our firm's brand and drive client engagement. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart with a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital analytics.

You'll work closely with firm leadership to build our online presence through shareable content, short-form video, partnerships, and community-driven campaigns that make The Dixon Firm stand out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital and social media marketing campaigns that generate buzz and brand awareness.
  • Produce engaging, viral-ready content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to translate case stories and firm wins into compelling visual and written content.
  • Monitor analytics to measure engagement, reach, and ROI; use data to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage and grow our online presence through consistent posting, community interaction, and reputation management.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and creative storytelling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and influencers when needed.
  • Support brand consistency across digital and print channels.
  • Coordinate with our SEO and digital marketing providers
  • Design and implement out-of-office marketing opportunities and community engagement events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital media, or content creation.
  • Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement social media campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
  • Passion for justice, creativity, and authentic communication.
  • Prior experience with legal, service-based, or community-oriented brands is a plus.
