Position Details

• Title: Marketing Specialist
• Type: 1099 Contract
• Location: 100% Remote
• Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
• Pay: $20–$30 per hour
• Experience Level: Entry Level (0–3 years)
• Reports To: Marketing Practice Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and brand initiatives through high-quality visual and presentation-based deliverables. This is an entry-level, part-time role focused on execution and production rather than strategy.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-capable, and comfortable following creative direction to produce polished marketing assets that support recruiting, business development, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual marketing materials, including:
• Social media graphics
• One-pagers, flyers, and internal documents
• Pitch decks and presentation slides
• Simple infographics and digital assets
• Format and enhance presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.
• Create and edit designs using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ensure all materials align with established brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Update, refine, and clean up existing marketing materials for consistency and professionalism.
• Support recruiting and marketing campaigns with design assets and graphics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Practice Lead and Recruiting team on task-based deliverables.
• Organize and maintain shared marketing files and asset libraries.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Canva
• Presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
• Comfortable working independently with clear instructions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback.
