About the Role

We're looking for law school admissions professionals and former admissions committee members to join our platform as coaches. You'll leverage your insider perspective to help applicants navigate one of the most competitive and high-stakes application processes in education.

What You'll Do

  • Guide clients through every stage of the law school application process — from school selection and personal statement development to interview prep and waitlist strategy.
  • Provide actionable feedback on essays, resumes, and addenda to ensure clients present cohesive, compelling narratives.
  • Share insights on what top law schools (e.g., Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, Chicago, NYU) look for in successful applicants.
  • Mentor clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them strengthen their positioning and confidence throughout the process.

Ideal Background

  • Experience on an admissions or review committee at a top law school or significant experience advising JD applicants.
  • Proven success mentoring applicants into competitive JD programs.
  • Deep understanding of law school selection criteria and application strategy.
  • 10+ individuals coached or advised, formally or informally.
  • Passion for helping aspiring lawyers reach their educational and professional goals.
