Northern America remote based, job opening for a Director or Senior Manager of Technology for a $100MM+ digital eLearning, mobile app, and online coaching business (with some CPGs).  This is a mission-critical role for a hands-on, strategic technologist with a strong foundation in web and systems development, IT infrastructure, online LMS platforms, BI/data analytics, and conversion data insights .

You'll work closely with the VP Technology, COO/CMO, and cross-functional leaders to ensure systems are scalable, integrated, and optimized for business growth and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technology operations across web development, systems architecture, IT infrastructure, and data platforms.
  • Drive seamless integrations between LMS, mobile apps, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Support product, marketing, finance, and customer success with reliable technology solutions.
  • Collaborate on data pipelines, reporting tools, and conversion analytics to improve LTV, retention, and performance metrics.
  • Manage vendors, tools, and platforms (cloud hosting, CMS, LMS, automation tools).
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements across tech stack and operations.
Ideal Experience
  • 5–10+ years in a technology management or senior engineering role.
  • Proven experience in B2C digital, eLearning, SaaS, mobile/web platforms, or coaching industries.
  • Strong understanding of LMS platforms, APIs, cloud architecture, CRM, and BI/reporting systems.
  • Comfortable leading systems development, integrations, and tech infrastructure.
  • Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional business leaders.
