About Us
We are an emerging aesthetic and wellness clinic dedicated to helping our clients look and feel their best through regenerative treatments, stem cell therapy, and personalized care. We are currently in the final stages of our clinic build-out and seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join us as a contractor.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the founding clinical team and help establish the standard for exceptional, client-centered care focusing on stem cell therapy for hair restoration and holistic wellness treatments.
The Ideal Candidate
You are passionate about aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and helping clients restore their confidence. You bring strong clinical expertise paired with a warm, approachable personality that ensures clients feel comfortable and supported from consultation to post-care. You're also confident contributing to marketing efforts, comfortable being featured in educational or promotional content, and enjoy helping bring the clinic's brand to life through client education and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on stem cell injections for hair loss and regenerative therapies.
- Administer injections safely, effectively, and with attention to client comfort and outcomes.
- Educate clients on treatment science, expected results, and aftercare guidance.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinic and state regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to support social media content creation and educational materials.
- Participate in occasional photo or video content to showcase treatments, education, and the patient experience.
- Foster a warm, professional, and trust-building environment for every client interaction.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted California NP or PA license required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, dermatology, or hair restoration preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience with injections and familiarity with regenerative or hair restoration treatments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client education skills.
- Comfortable engaging with marketing and social media initiatives in a professional capacity.
- Confident working in a boutique, fast-growing clinic environment.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Onsite Tuesday through Saturday.
- Initially 3 days per week onsite until client bookings increase, with plans to expand to full Tuesday–Saturday schedule as the practice grows.
Compensation
- $60–$70 per hour (Contractor), based on experience and qualifications.
