JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Counter (Salesperson): You are the first impression – must be friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu and beer. Guests will not know our service – you need be pesonable to explain so they feel comfortable about what to do next. This position is a server behind a register and Guests come to you. Menu & Beer knowledge are required to answer Guest questions and make suggestions to enhance the meal. Offering a specific appetizer and beverage – craft beer on tap or beverage in cooler – is a must. It is also expected that you ring in orders accurately and quickly.

FOH Service: As Guests seat themselves, you must introduce yourself and let them know that you are there to support them during their meal. Let Guests know that you will assist with reordering beverages at the table – order & pay. To give Guests more of an experience: offer to get refills on non-alcoholic beverages from drink station, pre-bus and maintain the table, be available to answer questions, and get extras from kitchen if needed.Organization Overview:
