FOH Server

Hour Place Restaurant is a fast-paced, family-owned breakfast and lunch spot located inside Erlanger Hospital's Medical Mall. We're looking for a friendly and reliable Front-of-House Server to join our team and help us serve healthcare workers, patients, and the surrounding community with care and speed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet guests with warmth and provide attentive, upbeat service.
• Take orders quickly and accurately, ensuring guests are served within minutes of arrival.
• Operate the phone and register and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Keep the dining area clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest.
• Work closely with the kitchen and your teammates to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Deliver catering orders.
• Represent our values of hospitality, honest food, and exceptional service.

• Set Schedule: Day shift — no nights, weekends, or holidays. The individual selected for this position will need to arrive by 7:00am and stay through the lunch rush, departing around 1:30pm (Monday through Friday).

• Competitive Pay: $11.00–$13.00 per hour based on experience, in addition to tips that are shared among the entire restaurant staff (at least $4.00 per hour).

• Has experience in fast-paced front-of-house or customer service roles.
• Is fast, friendly, and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

• Understands the importance of hospitality and urgency in equal measure.
