Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and social media–savvy Bilingual Sales Representatives (Spanish & English) who can attract, engage, and close deals with potential buyers both in-person and online. This is a commission-based role — perfect for ambitious individuals who want to control their own income and grow with a dealership that rewards effort, creativity, and performance.

Compensation:

Commission: $200 – $700 per vehicle sold

Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and sales milestone bonuses

Unlimited income potential — the more you sell, the more you earn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in person, over the phone, and via social media to promote vehicles and dealership offers
  • Create and post engaging social media content — photos, short videos, and stories on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Manage online leads, respond promptly to inquiries, and follow up professionally to close deals
  • Showcase inventory with enthusiasm and knowledge, highlighting features and financing options
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and referrals
  • Maintain a positive and energetic dealership environment that reflects the CARNOVA brand

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish & English) — fluent in both speaking and writing

Proven ability or strong interest in sales, customer service, or marketing

Comfortable using social media platforms for sales promotion

Confident in making short videos for marketing and customer engagement

Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
