We're looking for a Software Developer with an operator's brain — someone who can write, connect, and automate systems while thinking critically about how a business actually runs. Our business is a lead generation platform for lawyers and we have a lot going on.

If you're the kind of developer who can see the whole chessboard, simplify chaos, and loves building clean, scalable automations that make everything work better — this is the role.

This isn't a "feature factory" dev job or an endless sprint cycle. This is hands-on execution and optimization — designing automations, improving workflow logic, and solving real operational problems daily.

What You'll Do

  • Build, optimize, and maintain automations across GoHighLevel, N8N, Zapier, Webflow, and other technology stacks.
  • Write light, clean code to bridge systems that don't integrate out of the box.
  • Connect CRMs, marketing tools, and APIs to create seamless, end-to-end workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies in business operations and engineer smarter solutions.
  • Translate operational bottlenecks into technical fixes.
  • Work directly with leadership to execute fast.
  • Delegate repetitive work to offshore VAs that you source, you architect, and they execute but you are primary / point.

  • Obsessed with automation and efficiency.
  • Detail-precise — you don't guess; you validate.

  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments with little bureaucracy.
  • Excited by autonomy and responsibility — you like to own outcomes.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, or data flows.
  • Understand GoHighLevel, N8N, or similar workflow builders.
  • Can map business logic and turn it into working code or API integrations.
  • Have worked in startup or agency environments where speed matters more than titles.
