Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct estate planning consultations with prospective and existing clients via Zoom and in person
  • Provide strategic legal recommendations and guide clients through every stage of the planning process
  • Draft and review comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client's goals and values
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with clients by phone and email
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members and clients' outside advisors, including CPAs and financial planners
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review case strategy, client needs, and workflow planning
Requirements

Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in estate planning and probate; business transactional experience is a strong plus
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
  • Strong drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, empathetic, responsive, and able to work independently while managing deadlines
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and presenting planning recommendations clearly and confidently
