Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy;
  • Review client files for accuracy and completeness
  • Routine communications with clients and attorneys regarding case status
  • Assists with the preparation, filing, and service of filings, and pleadings
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines
