Established in 2020, EG is among the fastest-growing technology companies in the electrical maintenance sector. The global maintenance industry, worth billions annually, supports critical facilities, hospitals, and offices that cannot afford downtime. However, innovation in addressing the needs of the electrical services industry has been limited, until now.

EG is seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representatives to join our expanding Sales team. Reporting to our Marketing Director and collaborating with the CEO to drive Sales and Business Development, this fully remote role involves confidently engaging prospective customers and guiding them into our Sales funnel.

As a BDR at Egalvanic, the relationships you create have a significant impact on our mission to transform electrical maintenance. Our BDRs introduce prospective customers to Egalvanic through outbound prospecting, leveraging our outbound eMarketing and lead generation efforts, managing a sales pipeline using consultative sales techniques. Your day-to-day will include the following responsibilities:

● Making outbound calls/email to prospective customers to discover more about the challenges in their maintenance operations and offering insight into how Egalvanic might be able to help them.

● Assist in setting high-quality meetings for our with prospective customers and ensuring qualified leads are managed in the EG customer pipeline.

● Effectively communicate and present information about the EG platform and business strategy including hosting high level product demonstration(s).

● Following Egalvanic workflows and sales operations processes to ensure good funnel and prospect data, managing of opportunity dashboards within EG's CRM system.

● Acting as an ambassador of Egalvanic, with the utmost professionalism.

● Experience making cold calls previous BDR or BDR role

● Effective phone communication skills and rapport-building

● Strong organizational skills

● Self learner and ability to grasp new software workflow concepts related to platform

● Persistence, resilience, and a willingness to embrace rejection

● Passionate about solving problems for electrical maintenance professionals and impacting the industry for the better

Bonus Points if you have:

● Experience in the electrical related industries

● Startup / entrepreneurial experience

This role is entirely remote with regular check-ins required. Open to candidates based in the USA only. Total on-target variable compensation for this role is $75,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience and performance. References and background checks are required.

Working at EG includes base salary plus incentive compensation opportunity after initial period. Salary will be dependent upon many factors, including experience level, skillset, market dynamics, and while balancing internal equity relative to other EG employees. As an early stage company, EG offers a flexible cafeteria plan health and welfare package.

Location: EG's team members work from home 100% of the time across North America. If applicable, we'll identify the travel and/or location-specific requirements of a position in the text above. Otherwise, team members can expect to work business hours congruent with their local time zone and remotely.
