Role
Individual contributor role based in San Francisco, reporting directly to the CEO and working in-office 5 days/week during onboarding, then 3 days/week post-ramp.
Compensation:
- $90K–$110K+ base + performance bonuses + early-stage equity
- Significant upside for measurable pipeline impact and inbound growth
Mission:
Own inbound demand generation, content, and brand amplification across all channels — from blog to short-form video to live events.
You'll turn Salesfinity's category momentum into a
consistent stream of inbound leads
and brand visibility across sales, RevOps, and GTM audiences.
The Role
We're seeking a
Growth Marketing Manager (Content & Demand Gen)
to own the top of the funnel for Salesfinity.
This role is ideal for a
hands-on, full-stack marketer
who thrives on content creation, video storytelling, event marketing, and funnel optimization — all aimed at driving inbound meetings and MQLs.
You'll work directly with Mav (CEO) to build Salesfinity's brand as the category-defining "AI Growth OS" for sales teams.
Expect full creative freedom, fast feedback loops, and measurable ownership over inbound growth metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Video Marketing
- Lead creation and distribution of blogs, newsletters, and founder-led video content (short-form + long-form).
- Build and manage Salesfinity's content calendar — from weekly stories to product launches and case studies.
- Collaborate with editors and designers to create high-retention short videos and repurpose founder clips across LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Demand Generation
- Run inbound campaigns, webinars, and virtual events that convert awareness into qualified leads.
- Build and optimize lead capture flows, nurture sequences, and HubSpot automation.
- Measure and scale inbound pipeline growth — tracking MQLs, conversion rates, and CAC.
Analytics & Growth
- Own content and campaign analytics across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and PostHog.
- Identify what's driving inbound meetings — and double down.
- Report weekly metrics: traffic, conversion, and pipeline generated.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a strong bias toward
content and demand gen
. - Proven track record of creating and distributing high-performing content (video + written).
- Comfortable writing blogs, editing video clips, running webinars, and managing distribution end-to-end.
- Familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, SEO fundamentals, and attribution tracking.
- Data-driven mindset with a creative eye — you care about both growth metrics and storytelling.
- Scrappy, self-starting operator who thrives in high-velocity, founder-led environments.
- Experience in sales tech or GTM SaaS is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
