Our client—an established luxury destination resort in Northern California's wine country—is seeking an accomplished
Director of Food & Beverage
to lead a diverse, high-performing operation known for its exceptional culinary experiences and elevated guest service.

This role oversees an expansive F&B portfolio including two full-service restaurants, two cafés, two bars, a mobile food truck program, a robust banquet and catering division, and a popular on-premise concert series. The ideal leader brings equal parts creativity and operational precision—capable of inspiring teams, elevating guest experiences, and driving profitability across all outlets.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Strategic direction of multi-outlet F&B operations and concert/event activations
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across labor and COGS
  • Team leadership and development for both FOH and culinary divisions
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Partnership with marketing to enhance resort-wide culinary events and brand exposure

Ideal Background:

  • 7+ years of progressive F&B leadership within luxury hotels or destination resorts
  • Expertise managing complex, high-volume outlets and large banquet operations
  • Proven ability to balance creativity, service standards, and financial performance
  • Experience supporting entertainment-driven activations or large-scale events
  • Strong leadership presence, financial acumen, and passion for team culture
