Position Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Napa, CA, for a Bartender.

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include taking orders, mixing drinks, handling cash transactions, and maintaining stock levels. The Bartender will also coordinate with the kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.

Pay Rate $16.50/hr + tips

Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending
  • Proficiency in Cash Handling
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Able to lift 45lbs
