Server – Seasonal Position

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Server to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests enjoying our igloos and fire pits. This role focuses on providing attentive, personalized service that creates a warm and memorable winter experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly table service for guests in igloos and around fire pits.
• Coordinate with bartenders and food runners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area.
• Upsell menu items and enhance the overall guest experience through attentive service.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of igloo and fire pit areas before and after service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the event season.
• Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
• Food Handler Certification.
