As a Seasonal Customer Experience Assistant, you will play an essential part in shaping the client journey during the holiday season. This role combines client service, boutique operations, and hospitality to ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You will contribute to the overall atmosphere of the boutique and uphold the highest standards of presentation, service, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and serve as the first point of contact
  • Manage appointment schedules and client waitlists to ensure smooth flow of service
  • Provide exceptional hospitality, including refreshments, to enhance the client experience
  • Support gift wrapping, packaging, and shipment coordination with accuracy and care
  • Receive, unpack, and process deliveries of stock, supplies, and visual materials
  • Monitor and restock boutique supplies to maintain daily readiness
  • Uphold boutique presentation standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with client presentations and provide operational/logistical support to the team
  • Liaise with courier services to coordinate deliveries, returns, and transfers
  • Maintain compliance with internal procedures, documentation, and security protocols
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless and memorable client experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, discreet, and able to work with high-profile clientele
  • Team player with a proactive, adaptable mindset
  • Energetic, polished, and confident in supporting a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for luxury goods and an interest in jewelry or fashion industries
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
