MYOA is a luxury cookie gifting brand known for creating elevated, memorable experiences — one cookie at a time. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to help us spread holiday cheer both at our POST Houston boutique and during exciting holiday events and pop-ups.

What You'll Do:

  • Warmly greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
  • Share product knowledge and help customers choose the perfect cookies and gifts
  • Handle transactions accurately through our POS system
  • Assist with set-up, service, and breakdown at boutique shifts or events
  • Keep displays neat, organized, and beautifully presented
  • Assist with packaging and presentation of premium cookie boxes and holiday products
  • Support in restocking and light food handling (training provided)
  • Represent the MYOA brand with excellence, professionalism, and joy

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly and approachable personality — loves interacting with people
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends (with some weekday opportunities)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous customer service, retail, or event experience is a plus (not required)
  • Comfortable with basic food handling

Schedule:

  • Part-Time | Seasonal
  • Must be available to work weekends from November through January
  • Occasional weekday shifts for special events and activations
