Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Program, cut, and duplicate car keys and remotes (training provided).
  • Diagnose and resolve key or entry system issues quickly and accurately.
  • Stay up to date on the latest automotive technology and product offerings.
  • Greet and assist customers in person, providing a friendly and professional experience.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and services clearly to help customers make confident decisions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and customer goals.
  • Close sales while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and compliance standards.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Senior Automotive Sales Representatives to improve customer satisfaction and streamline daily operations.

Automotive Sales Representative Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as an Automotive Sales Representative or car key technician is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
