Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in an outside environment, particularly within a residential setting. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with customers effectively in person.

Duties

  • Engage with customers in person to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Utilize POS systems for processing transactions and managing sales records.
  • Supervise junior staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist in training new employees on customer service and sale standards and company operations.
  • Ensure compliance with basic math principles for accurate pricing and promotions.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with outside sales, events or direct sales operations is a plus.
  • Supervising experience is advantageous for candidates looking to take on leadership roles.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
