What You'll Do

Prospect and build relationships with new and existing customers through cold calls, office visits, site visits, and networking at local events.

  • Drive sales by identifying and engaging primarily with commercial customers.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm across the greater Tampa area.
  • Educate customers, ensuring they get the right solution for their needs.
  • Act as the face of our company at construction sites, community events, and business meetings.
  • Consistently follow up with leads and customers, never letting rejection slow you down.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
  • While we seek to hire the best candidate for the team regardless of background, construction services and previous sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls and conduct in-person visits to offices and job sites.
  • Attend and represent the company at local events and industry gatherings.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and customers.
  • Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.

  • Teach you the dumpster rental business as it supports our customers who build, renovate, restore, and roof residential and commercial properties.
  • Instruct you about how to use our systems and technologies.
  • Provide you with a comprehensive and successful Sales Playbook.
