Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients — ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You will handle scheduling, service inquiries, and feedback while supporting our operations and field teams to create a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule cleaning and maintenance appointments based on team availability.
- Communicate service details, pricing, and appointment confirmations with clients.
- Handle customer feedback, questions, and service adjustments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and appointments in the system.
- Support field teams by relaying client preferences or special instructions.
- Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and invoice tracking.
- Coordinate with management to resolve client concerns and service escalations.
- Contribute to improving the overall customer experience through feedback and ideas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple client requests calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping people.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
