POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for tuning, repairing, and maintaining skis and snowboards to ensure optimal performance and safety for guests. This role requires mechanical aptitude, familiarity with tuning equipment, and a strong customer service focus.

This position is located at Snow Valley in Running Springs. 

Starting wage between $22.75/hr. - $25.38/hr. depending on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • At least sixteen (16) years old
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude
  • Have basic computer skills, some mechanical skills, and have the ability to effectively and enthusiastically assist guests, even during challenging operations
  • Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals
  • Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and timeliness
  • Prior alpine and snowboard, repair/tuning experience required
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
