Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for technology, along with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and addressing client inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales , preferably in logistics sales or B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft sofware is a must, specifically PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and marketing strategies is a plus.
