Salary Range: $41, $43,000.00 per year

Licensing: Candidates should be willing to obtain a property and casualty license within a stipulated timeframe.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, background with positions that have attention to detail preferred.

ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Initiate and maintain communications with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
Policy Management: Assist customers with policy renewals, additions, and changes to ensure coverage meets their needs.
Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve client inquiries and concerns with a positive and inviting tone.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team with lead generation and customer follow-ups to increase sales opportunities.
Documentation: Accurately maintain and update client records in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
