What is this position about?

  • Build and develop new sales leads and grow overall sales.
  • Grow current client base through new business development, creating new customer bases and lead generation activities
  • Manage current client relationships and market share
  • Meet or exceed monthly, annual and yearly revenue goals
  • Maintain strong professional standards and awareness of industry trends
  • Work with management to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

The best candidates have:

  • Experience in the Hydroponic industry is required.
  • Out of town business trips is required.
  • Cold calling target customers is required.
  • Aggressive and positive sales attitude is required.
  • A proven track record of developing sales opportunities, developing sales leads and creating new business through direct sales activities.
