Position Summary

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at motivating staff, and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
  • Manage and motivate front desk, clinical, and administrative staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor schedules, production, and collections to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies.
  • Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with doctors and leadership on office growth, marketing, and efficiency strategies.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on key metrics (production, collections, new patients, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of dental office management or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of dental insurance, billing, and patient financing.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays may be required)

Location: Multiple National Dental offices across Long Island & Queens

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $95,000.00 per year
