Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate desk and office space for visiting staff
  • Reserve conference rooms, including equipment needed for conference calls and meetings
  • Manage catering orders and food and beverage needs
  • Scan incoming client documents and move workflows associated to client
  • Prepare FedEx and certified labels for shipping
  • Order and stock incoming supplies
  • Assist with local office event coordination
  • Assist/backup other administrative team members

The qualifications.

  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Higher level of education/college coursework preferred.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.
  • Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Opportunity to travel locally or overnight to clients.
  • Ability to be in the office five days/week.

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO, IL, or MA. Please review the position location for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.
