What will your day look like?

  • Financial Strategy & Leadership:
    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive profitable growth.
  • Operational Finance:
    Partner with business unit leaders to provide insights on performance, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, manage audits, and maintain compliance with GAAP.
  • Process Improvement:
    Evaluate and enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and internal controls to support scalability.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Executive Collaboration:
    Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing data-driven insights and financial modeling to guide key business decisions.

Who are you?

  • Experienced Finance Leader:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Strategic & Hands-On:
    10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including time in a senior management or VP-level role.
  • Data-Driven Thinker:
    Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI development to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Systems Oriented:
    Experience with ERP implementation, business intelligence tools, and automation of reporting processes.
  • Collaborative & Communicative:
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
