An emerging, privately owned, and well-backed
data center platform
is building from the ground up — and looking for a
Vice President of Finance
to help lead the way.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the
earliest stage
of a national data center expansion, where you'll play a hands-on role in building the business's finance foundation, shaping its strategy, and driving growth across cloud and computational services as well as utility services supporting data centers nationwide.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead the finance organization from the ground up — structure, systems, and processes.
  • Develop the company's financial model, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plan.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and investors on key decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Lead financial operations across accounting, planning, and capital management.
  • Partner closely with procurement, operations, and technology to support expansion and service delivery.
  • Create visibility into performance through metrics, reporting, and analytics.
  • Build, mentor, and grow a small, agile team as the business scales.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience spanning FP&A, strategic finance, and operations.
  • Proven success in
    standing up or scaling finance functions
    within capital intensive global corporation, high-growth, private, or PE-backed businesses.
  • Background in data centers, utilities, infrastructure, or technology services is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance operations, from modeling and planning to accounting and reporting.
  • A builder's mindset — you thrive in ambiguity, love creating structure, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA or MBA is preferred.
