Job Title: E-Commerce Account Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an E-commerce Account Specialist who will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer records, reviewing and processing customer orders, and responding to customer inquiries within the e-commerce space. This role requires close collaboration with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer records accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and process customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing effective resolutions.
  • Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally to provide resolutions and respond to customer inquiries.

Essential Skills

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in customer service specifically within e-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Strong level of professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems is ideal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Polished and professional demeanor.

Work Environment
This position requires working onsite at our Cleveland location, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $23.00/hr.
