Description

  • Advise clients on private equity and debt-structured finance transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex finance agreements and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deal structuring and execution.
  • Provide strategic counsel on legal risks and opportunities in finance-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments to advise clients effectively.
  • Support business development efforts by fostering strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives in the legal and professional services space.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Proven experience in private equity and structured finance transactions.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing complex transactions.

Job Offer
