Overview:

ISS Stoxx is hiring ISS Market Intelligence is seeking an experience Head of Product to oversee our MarketPro US solutions.

Our ISS Market Intelligence solutions help customers grow their business. You will play the critical role of building our new platform for all our US data assets and modernize our existing product set. Every data sets on advisors and firms across wealth management, retirement, insurance and annuities and education are coming together on the new MarketPro. You will spearhead product management, be the connection between sales, customer success, customer engagement, and development teams to bring to market a set of capabilities connecting our data assets and provide customers unique insights and valuable tools to identify customers, acquisition targets, conduct competitive analysis, hire, and overall grow their business.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the product suite
• Drive product development efforts, including gathering requirements, prioritizing, tracking development and collaborate with the Business Development team to align on go to market activities such as marketing, training, pricing
• Manage and coach a team of product owners and business development experts
• Push for speed and execution
• Balance short term execution and revenue targets with longer term industry trends and development
• Bring a dedicated focus on the customer needs by interacting with sales and customers
• Work across many data sets and identify areas of connection
• Create clear processes for tracking performance and escalation procedures
• Challenge the status quo and propose solutions

What you'll bring

• You enjoy solving complex puzzles and executing large scale product development projects
• Financial services industry experience, subject matter expertise
• Experience in leading a product management function
• Intellectual curiosity: Enjoy learning various markets and trends, test new technologies
• Drive: clear focus on clean execution
• Influencing & collaboration: Create deep partnership with matrixed horizontal functions such as development, sales, marketing, customer success
• Coaching & mentoring: Enjoy training and coaching more junior member of the team and see them progress and grow
• 15-20 years of experience in financial services with a focus on product management, delivering customer solutions
• Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree Preferred)
