Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable individual to join our team as a Driver/Operations Support. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that may change from day to day, requiring flexibility and initiative. The primary function of this role is to assist the Operations Manager as needed and to support daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport and service event portable toilets, including deliveries, setups, and pickups.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and trailers (must be comfortable pulling a trailer).
  • Assist septic technicians as needed, including filling in during absences.
  • Support shop operations and provide assistance to portable toilet route drivers when necessary.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of portable toilets as required.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support overall company operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Trustworthy and able to work independently or as part of a team.
