Position: Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant

Location: Rogers, Arkansas

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Professional Business Systems is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant to play a vital role in our office technology solutions operations. This position combines hands-on delivery services with warehouse support, requiring an individual who excels in both customer-facing situations and behind-the-scenes logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe delivery and setup of office equipment, providing exceptional customer service during client interactions, maintaining delivery vehicles and warehouse operations, and ensuring seamless parts and supply distribution

Reports to: Operations Supervisor

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, along with having sound judgement, discretion, and the initiative to drive organizational processes.
  • Able to remain reliable, calm, and focused under pressure in fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Clean driving record (CDL a plus, but not required)
  • Possess or able to attain DOT Certification
  • Able to physically move large equipment and lift 60 lbs.
  • Forklift operations
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 60 pounds, on a regular basis.

Roles & Responsibilities -

Delivery of Equipment

  • Delivery and maneuvering of office technology equipment
  • Ensuring proper packing, loading, and movement of equipment

Customer Interaction

  • Interaction with client and end users during deliveries
  • Sound judgement and discretion
  • Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate, as needed, to ensure optimal customer experience

Vehicle Maintenance

  • Perform regular vehicle maintenance on delivery vehicles
  • Maintain on vehicle inventory

Warehouse Assistance

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse space, including restocking shelves, labeling products, and disposing of packaging materials
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively

Parts and Supply Deliveries

  • Delivery of parts and supplies as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
