Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
  • Represent non profit organizations with integrity and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Participating on ongoing training and development.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
  • Meet or exceed targets and goals on a regular basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Skills:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information to clients.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
