We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our products at various events and locations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and collecting valuable data to inform marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers to promote our products and services at events, trade shows, and retail locations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Collect customer feedback and data to help refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and values.
  • Utilize strong sales techniques to encourage product purchases and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Assist in event marketing efforts by planning, organizing, and executing promotional activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Represent the brand positively through public speaking engagements and community outreach initiatives.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or event marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods to gather insights on customer preferences is advantageous.
  • Strong background in sales or customer service will be beneficial for engaging potential customers effectively.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can enhance communication with a broader audience.
  • Proficiency in social media management is a plus, as it will aid in promoting brand initiatives online.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for successful interactions with customers and stakeholders.
