Overview

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a motivated Bilingual Healthcare Sales Representative to expand our presence and connect patients with quality care. A focus on building referral relationships, educating caregivers, and promoting services within the healthcare community is needed by the ideal candidate. KidsCare is an award-winning leader in pediatric healthcare, we're looking for someone who is ready to bring energy, independence, and entrepreneurial spirit to our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory, including hospitals, clinics, and referral sources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, and social workers.
  • Develop new referral sources and increase brand awareness through networking and community events.
  • Plan and execute call rotations, in-services, and cold calls to maximize market impact.
  • Educate caregivers and patients on services and care coordination options.
  • Represent KidsCare Home Health at health fairs, resource fairs, and other community events.
  • Track and report referral data, readmission statistics, and quality metrics.
  • Monitor monthly budget and manage expenses per company policy.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly referral and admission goals.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to support productivity and census growth.
  • Travel up to 20%.


Qualifications

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Prior sales, marketing, and/or healthcare experience preferred.

  • Ability to engage key decision-makers and build strong relationships.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and public speaking).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Physical Demands/Working Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Moderate physical activity and lifting is required.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements.
  • Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
