We are expanding our team in Fort Lauderdale and searching for a Relationship Support Specialist who understands what it means to take ownership and deliver real results for clients.

This is not a call center job and not a script-reading role.

You will be working hands-on with business owners, internal teams, and real financial tools. If you are sharp, dependable, and performance-driven, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career, not just take another job.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a key point of contact for business clients, primarily by phone and email
  • Resolve account questions with clarity, urgency, and attention to detail
  • Assist clients with boarding, account access, troubleshooting, and transaction guidance
  • Document every interaction accurately in CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Deployment, Finance and other departments to move client cases forward
  • Maintain a professional communication standard at all times
  • Follow structured workflows while thinking critically and solving problems independently

What We Look For

  • Experience in financial services, banking support, merchant services, or client account management (
    preferred

    )
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and reliable - comfortable handling follow-ups and deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software/tools
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Takes pride in quality work and doing things the right way
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where expectations are clear and performance matters

Requirements

  • Must be able to work 
    on-site
     in Fort Lauderdale HQ 5 days a week.
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • Strong typing and CRM familiarity
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be dependable—attendance and reliability matter here
