Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. The ideal caregiver will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on clients' well-being.

Duties

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in health status to healthcare professionals
  • Administer medication reminders and basic medical assistance as trained
  • Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams for ongoing care plans, especially for those with complex medical needs like post-acute or sub-acute care cases
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Document care provided accurately and maintain detailed records of client progress
