Kellah Home Care is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to help support and oversee caregiver operations and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality care to our clients. This role plays a vital part in ensuring caregiver performance, client satisfaction, and schedule integrity. The Field Supervisor serves as a liaison between the office, caregivers, and clients, and is responsible for both administrative and field-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Support: Collaborate with the Scheduler to ensure timely and appropriate caregiver placements and respond to last-minute changes or call-offs.
  • Caregiver Training: Provide hands-on training for newly hired caregivers, including company policies, client-specific care plans, and care documentation requirements.
  • First-Shift Client Support: Attend a client's first shift to ensure proper caregiver onboarding, help the caregiver understand the care plan, and provide in-home guidance to set expectations for success.
  • Clock-In/Clock-Out Oversight: Monitor and follow up on missed clock-ins or clock-outs to ensure accurate caregiver timekeeping and client billing.
  • Caregiver Engagement: Regularly check in with caregivers to address concerns, offer support, and encourage ongoing professional development.
  • Caregiver Satisfaction Surveys: Manage and collect caregiver satisfaction surveys on a routine basis, summarize results, and share feedback with leadership to improve

retention and morale.

  • Documentation: Ensure all training sessions, shift issues, and caregiver communications are documented appropriately in the agency's software system.
  • After-Hours On-Call Rotation: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent scheduling issues or care concerns that arise outside of business hours.
  • Shift Coverage: Step in to cover open caregiver shifts when a replacement cannot be found, ensuring uninterrupted care for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or caregiving role in home care, healthcare, or senior care is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to last-minute changes
  • Comfortable working in the field, including client homes
  • Proficient in scheduling software and electronic documentation
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Schedule & Availability:

  • Must be available for rotating after-hours and weekend on-call duty
  • Flexibility to work evenings or early mornings as needed to support caregivers and clients

Compensation & Benefits:
